Chilled Courier Delivery for Judging?

Soul Foods are experts in logistical solutions and are offering Ambient, Chilled & Frozen delivery.

They are offering a delivery service to UCC for deliveries due on
1st July,
2nd July
8th July
15th July 

Please note that Soul Food can offer temperature controlled transport of packages of ambient, chilled or frozen samples and these will be held temperature controlled overnight for delivery to UCC.

Bookings may be made directly with Soul Food by email on bill@soulfood.ie 

Bookings must be made to reserve your space on this guaranteed delivery and must be made well in advance, last date for booking is Friday 6^th June 

Soul Food are delivering to UCC for Blas na hEireann 2025 judging on the following dates:

• Tuesday 1st July 2025 (Note: Producer must deliver to Soul Food depot in Dublin 30th June)
• Wednesday 2nd July  2025 (Note: Producer must deliver to Soul Food depot in Dublin 1st July)
• Tuesday 8^th July 2025 (Note: Producer must deliver to Soul Food depot in Dublin 7^th July)
• Tuesday 15^th July 2025 (Note: Producer must deliver to Soul Food depot in Dublin 14^th July)

If you wish to avail of this service, please book your slot by Friday 6^th June 

Once booking is confirmed please bring your product to Soul Food @ Brodericks, Unit 3 South City Business Park, Tallaght, D. 24 on the day prior to your delivery date in Cork. We are open from 10am-4pm to accept your product:

Please note the following:

1. You must pre-book your delivery to UCC Cork with Soul Food by emailing bill@soulfood.ie 
2. You must package your product for transportation.  Soul Food do not provide any packaging.
   
   NB: Raw
    

   Chilled Raw foods need to be properly packed and sealed to prevent any possibility of cross contamination

3. Please ensure that you have your product(s) labelled with Blas na hÉireann entry forms and numbers

   1. Please ensure you state temp requirements i/e Ambient/Chilled/Frozen 

4. When you arrive in Brodericks on the relevant day, please ring 085 8582384 and someone will meet you in the yard.  Do not bring product to office. Product will be put into a temperature-controlled van in our yard and stored overnight for delivery to Cork next day.
5. Cost per 15kg is €55 + vat for single entries 

6. Payment is due 10 working days prior to delivery to Tallaght, BACS or Revolut options available which will be provided on booking.
